3. SCHOOL
FEES: Gr 1 - 7 R4000 per CHILD per ANNUM
NB All
monies (correct amount) must be sent to
school in a sealed envelope.
4. BUDGET MEETING: TUE 11 NOVEMBER 2008
(19:00) in SCHOOL HALL
All parents are invited to the
above-mentioned meeting so that the budget for 2009 can be discussed and
approved.
5. SUPPORTERS CLUB COMMITTEE
Election
of Supporters Club Committee. Nomination forms available at secretary.
Nominations will close on Fri 7 November 2008. Election on Tue 11 Nov.
6. SCHOOL AND SPORTSWEAR (Enquiries:
secretaries 981-1882).

7. PLASTIC BAGS: R25 per packet of
250 bags. Complete tear-off slip and send with correct amount to Mr Esterhuizen.
8. POLICY: TRANSPORT BY BUS
·
Quotations from three different bus companies are taken into consideration. The company who provides us with the best
service and value will be used.
·
The chosen company has to complete a Transport certificate (Departmental),
which contains the details of the drivers and busses (eg: licence, permits and certificates).
·
The Governing Body has given permission for any busses going on a long
journey, to be tested at the local Traffic Deptement, at the school’s expense,
at least two days prior to the journey.
·
If the chosen bus company refuses to go for the above mentioned test,
another company will be used.
9. RESOLUTION
HEALTH
Marketers of the “Health Card” Both school and parent(s) can benefit from
this. Completed forms must be sent to
the office.
