2.           EXTRA MURAL ACTIVITIES

                Summer sport: Practices will start on Monday 13 October.

Match fixtures for the different sport  teams will be given to you as soon as we receive them.

 

3.        PARENTS’ EVENINGS: 16:00 – 19:00 AS INDICATED ABOVE

Parents must  return completed letters to class educator(s) before/on  Friday10 October 2008 so that times can be finalised.

LEARNER SUPPORT: Miss Kershoff will be available on both days.

           

4.           SCHOOL FEES: Gr 1 -  7    R4000 per CHILD per ANNUM

            NB All monies (correct amount) must be sent to school in a sealed envelope.

           

5.        BUDGET MEETING: TUE 11 NOVEMBER 2008 (19:00) in SCHOOL HALL

All parents are invited to above-mentioned meeting so that the  budget for 2009 can be discussed and approved.

 

 

6.        SCHOOL AND SPORTSWEAR (Enquiries: Secretaries 981-1882).

Every Wednesday evening: 17:00 – 18:00

Sales: Mon & Wed 13:30 – 15:00

All learners must be dressed in the correct summeruniform as from Monday

13 October.

 

7.        PLASTIC BAGS: R25 per packet of 250 bags. Complete tear-off slip and send with correct amount to Mr Esterhuizen.

 

8.           PRIZE WINNERS: SOAP BOX CARTS: OVERALL WINNERS – GR 3AL

CLASS WINNERS:  1V; 2K; 2IS; 3AL; 3EN; 4W; 5DD; 6DUP; 7C             

                Classes  will have their promised day off on the following days.

Gr 4 – 7: Monday 13 October 2008.

                Gr 1 – 3: Monday 20 October 2008
