3. SCHOOL
FEES Gr 1 - 7 R4000 per CHILD per ANNUM
We appeal to you to keep the payment of your school
fees up to date.
NB All
monies (correct amount) must be sent to
school in a sealed envelope.
4. SCHOOL AND SPORTSWEAR ( Enquiries:
secretaries 981-1882).
Every Wednesday evening: 17:00
– 18:00
Sales: Mon &
Wed: 13:30 – 15:00
If you have any secondhand clothing which is no longer in
use at home we would
appreciate it if you could donate it to the school. We
have families in the school who will make
good use of your donation.
5. STAFF NEWS
Birthday: Miss I Swanepoel (Fri 22 Aug).
Congratulations. May you have a
happy and prosperous year ahead.
6. SOAP
BOX CARTS: CLOSING DATE 10
September.
The class in each grade (Gr 1-7)
which collects the most money will get a day off. Only learners whose money
is paid in on this day will be
eligible for the drawing of the prizes.
7. SCHOOL HOURS: 4TH TERM 2008
From next term the home time of Tuesday will swop with
that of Thursday.
Gr 1 & 2 Learners: 12:10 (Tuesdays)

We ask the parents to make the
necessary arrangements for their child(ren) to be fetched.
8. GENERAL
·
KENTUCKY COMPETITION: Remember to place
your till slips with Bastion Primary written on the back,
into the container
at the local KFC branch when buying
meals there.
·
CASUAL DAY STICKERS (5
Sept) available at secretaries @ R10 each.
Only learners who have bought a
sticker, may wear civvies to school.
·
PLASTIC BAGS: R25 per packet of
250 bags. Ideal for meat and
vegetables. Complete slip and send together with correct amount to Mr
Esterhuizen.
MySchool Supporters card: Application forms available
at class educators.
