3.           SCHOOL FEES: Gr 1 -  7    R4000 per CHILD per ANNUM

We kindly appeal to you to keep the payment of your school fees up to date.

 

As from  1 Aug 2008 no money will be accepted by the school unless the right amount is put into a sealed

envelope with the following information written on the front:

1.        ConcertYour child’s name and surname

2.        Class and educator

3.        Purpose of the money

4.        The amount of money

 

 

4.        SCHOOL AND SPORTSWEAR (Enquiries: secretaries (  981-1882).

Every Wednesday evening: 17:00 – 18:00

Sales: Mon & Wed 13:30 – 15:00

(Above-mentioned times have been adapted as requested by parents)

 

 

KDA clothes: It is compulsory that ALL learners attend classes in the school”s 

                sportswear. Clothes are available at the clothing bank.

 

5.        CONCERT

CONCERT TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT FINANCIAL SECRETARIES  – R40 PER PERSON: TIME –

During school hours. Tickets will also be on sale on the nights of the concert between 18:00 &19:00.

                Concert nights: Wed 30 Jul; Thu 31 Jul; Fri 1 Aug; Mon 4 Aug; Tue 5 Aug and Wed 6 

                  Aug.

 

PARKING:  On the B-rugby field as well as by the Gr 1 classrooms (both gates will be open).

 

5.        PTA DANCE: Christo & Cobus will be performing on 15 August, in the Kraaifontein Civic Centre. R75 per person –

6.        there will be snacks on the tables. ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE AT THE SCHOOL.

 

7.        general

CARETAKER:  Mr H Botha will be leaving the school at the end of September 2008 (pension).  We are

 looking for a person (“handy man”) who will be able to take over his tasks next term.  Please contact the school.
