3. SCHOOL
FEES: Gr 1 - 7 R4000 per CHILD per ANNUM
We kindly appeal to you to keep the payment of your
school fees up to date.
4. SCHOOL AND SPORTSWEAR (Enquiries:
secretaries 981-1882).
Every Wednesday evening: 17:00
– 18:00

& Wed13:30 – 15:00
(Above-mentioned times have been adapted as requested
by parents.)
KDA clothes: It is compulsory
that ALL learners attend classes in the school’s sportswear.
Clothes are available at the
clothing bank.
*** Parents
must please see to it that their children’s possessions are all marked. Please
check your child(ren)’s
belongings on a regular basis to see whether he/she has
not accidentally taken someone else’s possessions—if so,
send it back to school so that we can return it to the rightful
owner.

6. GENERAL
CONCERT
INFORMATION: HURRY, HURRY, HURRY - TIME IS RUNNING OUT!! TICKETS
AVAILABLE
FROM FINANCIAL SECRETARIES @ R40 PER PERSON.
TICKET SALES:
During
school hours and Wednesday (23 Aug) between 17:00 and 18:00.

31 July; Fri 1 Aug; Mon 4 Aug; Tue 5 Aug and Wed 6 Aug.
PTA
DANCE: Christo & Cobus will be performing on 15 August, in Kraaifontein
Civic Centre. R75 per person –
there will be snacks on the
tables, but bring your own glasses and drinks.

LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE.!
7. MONEY
As from 1
AUGUST 2008 no money will be accepted by the school unless the right
amount is in a sealed envelope with the following information written on
the front:
1.
Your child’s name and surname
2.
Class and educator
3.
Purpose of the money
4.
The amount of money
Each class has its own safety
deposit box into which these envelopes will be deposited.
In future, only the financial
secretaries will be writing receipts which you will receive as soon as possible
after payment.
This is to save precious time
in the classroom.
